Grilled Loin Lamb Chops Provencal Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 loin lamb chops
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 bottle red wine
  • bunch of fresh herbes de provence or
  • of table spoon dried herbe de provence
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 stick of butter

Directions
  1. mince garlic very finely. mix with little salt
  2. rub each chop with garlic on both side.
  3. and let them soak the garlic for about 5 minutes
  4. heat wine in a small saucepan . add herbs and
  5. add butter and raise heat till all butter melted and
  6. herbs fully mixed in the wine and butter.
  7. on a hot grill, place lamb chops and cook for 2 minutes
  8. on one side and usr a baster to coast the uncooked side
  9. after 2 minutes flip the chops on the other side and repeat
  10. the basting.
  11. be careful as wine-butter mix might create grill to flame up
  12. enjoy this simple dish with excellent company and some pinotage or pinot noir will add to the merriments
