How to make it

  • mince garlic very finely. mix with little salt
  • rub each chop with garlic on both side.
  • and let them soak the garlic for about 5 minutes
  • heat wine in a small saucepan . add herbs and
  • add butter and raise heat till all butter melted and
  • herbs fully mixed in the wine and butter.
  • on a hot grill, place lamb chops and cook for 2 minutes
  • on one side and usr a baster to coast the uncooked side
  • after 2 minutes flip the chops on the other side and repeat
  • the basting.
  • be careful as wine-butter mix might create grill to flame up
  • enjoy this simple dish with excellent company and some pinotage or pinot noir will add to the merriments
