grilled loin lamb chops provencal

- 8 loin lamb chops shopping list
- 3 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 1/2 bottle red wine shopping list
- bunch of fresh herbes de provence or shopping list
- of table spoon dried herbe de provence shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1/3 stick of butter shopping list
How to make it
- mince garlic very finely. mix with little salt
- rub each chop with garlic on both side.
- and let them soak the garlic for about 5 minutes
- heat wine in a small saucepan . add herbs and
- add butter and raise heat till all butter melted and
- herbs fully mixed in the wine and butter.
- on a hot grill, place lamb chops and cook for 2 minutes
- on one side and usr a baster to coast the uncooked side
- after 2 minutes flip the chops on the other side and repeat
- the basting.
- be careful as wine-butter mix might create grill to flame up
- enjoy this simple dish with excellent company and some pinotage or pinot noir will add to the merriments
