Lemon Herb Salmon

- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh lemon zest shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons finely minced fresh rosemary shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh basil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 6 fresh thick cut salmon fillets shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except fish and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 450 then season fish with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large heavy skillet over moderately high heat.
- Add fish and cook until golden brown about 4 minute then turn and cook 2 minutes more.
- Place skillet with fish in preheated oven and roast fish 5 minutes.
- Place fish on plates and splash each piece with 1 tablespoon or more of the lemon splash.
