How to make it

  • In a pot combine eggs, yolks, cream, brown sugar, juice and zest until blended.
  • Cook and stir over medium low heat or until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat and stir in melted chocolate until smooth.
  • Pour into desert dishes.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
