Zucchini Salmon Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 of a large zucchini cubed and seeds removed
  • 1 box stove top stuffing mix chicken flavor
  • 1 10oz. can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 14oz. can salmon
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 11/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 large shredded carrot

Directions
  1. Line the bottom of a large casserole dish with zucchini
  2. Add shredded carrot uniformly over zucchini
  3. Next put dry unprepared stove top stuffing mix on top of zucchini/carrot layor
  4. Drain can of salmon and remove skin and bones then mash up and spread evenly over top of stuffing mix
  5. Combine 1 cup water, 1/2 cup milk and 1 can of cream of celery soup in a bowl and mix well
  6. Pour soup mixture all over top of your now nearly complete casserole
  7. Top off with 1 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes
  9. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes or until cheese browns

This was my first contribution and it seems I forgot to include the temperature for baking which is 350F, sorry.
