Zucchini salmon casserole

- 1/2 of a large zucchini cubed and seeds removed shopping list
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix chicken flavor shopping list
- 1 10oz. can condensed cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1 14oz. can salmon shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 11/2 cup shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 1 large shredded carrot shopping list
How to make it
- Line the bottom of a large casserole dish with zucchini
- Add shredded carrot uniformly over zucchini
- Next put dry unprepared stove top stuffing mix on top of zucchini/carrot layor
- Drain can of salmon and remove skin and bones then mash up and spread evenly over top of stuffing mix
- Combine 1 cup water, 1/2 cup milk and 1 can of cream of celery soup in a bowl and mix well
- Pour soup mixture all over top of your now nearly complete casserole
- Top off with 1 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes
- Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes or until cheese browns
