How to make it

  • Line the bottom of a large casserole dish with zucchini
  • Add shredded carrot uniformly over zucchini
  • Next put dry unprepared stove top stuffing mix on top of zucchini/carrot layor
  • Drain can of salmon and remove skin and bones then mash up and spread evenly over top of stuffing mix
  • Combine 1 cup water, 1/2 cup milk and 1 can of cream of celery soup in a bowl and mix well
  • Pour soup mixture all over top of your now nearly complete casserole
  • Top off with 1 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes
  • Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes or until cheese browns

    This was my first contribution and it seems I forgot to include the temperature for baking which is 350F, sorry.
