Slow Fried Potatoes

- 1 kg potatoes shopping list
- 1 large onion shopping list
- 4 cloves of garlic shopping list
- fresh oregano shopping list
- taleggio cheese shopping list
- cherry tomatoes shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Thinly slice the onions and saute in a frying pan for five minutes until transparent.
- chop the garlic and add to the onions
- Thinly slice the potatoes and mix into the onion and garlic
- season well and cover for 30 minutes, give the potatoes a bit of a stir every five minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Roast the cherry tomatoes in a little olive oil
- Add the oregano to the potatoes five minutes before the end
- Slice the taleggio and layer into the potatoes when they are cooked through
- serve with the roast cherry tomatoes and a side of brocolli
