Michaela, my daughter, came home for the weekend and needed something to snack on before dinner after the long drive from Houston. This is what she made:

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c. light olive oil
  • 1/2 c. freshly grated pecorino romano cheese
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • a large pinch of garlic powder

Directions
  1. Mix it all together.
  2. Should be drippy not thick or spreadable
  3. Dunk chunks of italian bread in it and eat it over the sink or a napkin.
  4. Goes well with a freshly made loaf of bread also.
