- 1/2 c. freshly grated pecorino romano cheese
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- a large pinch of garlic powder

Ingredients

1/2 c. light olive oil shopping list
1/2 c. freshly grated pecorino romano cheese shopping list
1/4 tsp cayenne shopping list
a large pinch of garlic powder shopping list

How to make it

Mix it all together.
Should be drippy not thick or spreadable
Dunk chunks of italian bread in it and eat it over the sink or a napkin.
Goes well with a freshly made loaf of bread also.
