How to make it

  • Place all ingredients into a large bowl, using a wooden spoon mix until a soft dough is formed.
  • Cover your work surface with powdered sugar and knead the icing until it is soft and pliable.
  • If you wish to color the icing use a cocktail stick dipped into the food color knead the icing after to distribute the color evenly, repeat until the desired color is reached!

    hey ummmm is this recipe turn out like normal icing like runny or is it the stuff people use for cakes and stuff? sorry if that made any sense please reply ASAP im planing to use it tomorrow!

    Instead of using egg white I would suggest you use 2 teaspoons of gelatine dissolved in 2 dessert spoons of water, it should have the same effect! Let me know how it goes! : )

    I never have been able to make this. I buy it in a jar! I am going to try again. This is what we used to make the chocolate covered cherries.. a pinch of that with the cherry, it made the liquid in them after about a week... so yummy
