- 30 large kalamata black olives pitted and finely chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic peeled and minced shopping list
- 1.5 tablespoon of capers drained and finely chopped shopping list
- 1.5 teaspoons lemon juice shopping list
- 3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 3/4 teasppon anchovy paste shopping list
- fresh cracked black peppers shopping list
- french baquette diagonally sliced and lightly toasted shopping list
- 1 container of freshly slivers of parmesiano chesse shopping list
How to make it
- combine olives,capers,galric,lemon juice,oil,anchovy paste and balck pepper. mix well and refrigerate.
- perfect for party snack.. enjoy it with a glass of ouzo or pernod
