Ingredients
  • 30 large kalamata black olives pitted and finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic peeled and minced
  • 1.5 tablespoon of capers drained and finely chopped
  • 1.5 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 teasppon anchovy paste
  • fresh cracked black peppers
  • french baquette diagonally sliced and lightly toasted
  • 1 container of freshly slivers of parmesiano chesse

Directions
  1. combine olives,capers,galric,lemon juice,oil,anchovy paste and balck pepper. mix well and refrigerate.
  2. perfect for party snack.. enjoy it with a glass of ouzo or pernod
