Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe
This meal is quite easy to fix. My husband and I like it. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 4 thick pork chops (about 1 1/2")
  • 2 apples, unpeeled, cored, chopped
  • 1/2 C raisins
  • 3/4 C bread crumbs
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1/2t pepper
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 1 C beef broth

Directions
  1. Cut into the pork chop to form a pocket
  2. In a bowl, combine apples, raisins, breadcrumbs, brown sugar, pepper and salt. Mix well and then add melted butter
  3. Stuff each pork chops with a generous portion of filling, shut the opening with a toothpick
  4. On a greased stovetop pan, brown chops slowly, about 5 minutes on each side
  5. Add beef broth and bring to a simmer
  6. SImmer pork chops over medium heat for about 30 minutes, or until tender
  7. Remove toothpick and enjoy!
