How to make it

  • Heat a large pot of water. Bring to a boil.
  • Meanwhile, defrost the spinach in microwave. Squeeze out excess moisture. Place in food processor with beans & cheese. Process until smooth. You should have approx 1 cup of filling.
  • Spread out wrappers on a counter. Place 1 tsp of filling on each wrapper. Moisten edges and fold on t he diagonal. Seal edges.
  • Boil in water for about 2 minutes.
  • Top with tomato sauce, diced tomatoaes, and/or cheeses. YUM!
  • Makes 3 servings of 10 ravioli each.
