Yummy Scallops

- 2 teas olive oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 lbs sea scallops shopping list
- 1/2 teas salt shopping list
- 1/4 teas pepper shopping list
- 2 teas butter shopping list
- 3 tbl Minced shallots shopping list
- 1/2 teas Minced garlic shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 1 tbl fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tbl finely chopped fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet, over medium -high heat.
- Sprinkle scallops with salt and pepper.
- Add scallops to pan, saute 2 minutes on each side.
- Remove from pan and keep warm.
- Melt butter in pan.
- Add shallots and garlic, saute 30 seconds.
- Add wine and lemon juice, cook 1 minute.
- Return scallops to pan, toss to coat.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle parsley on top and serve.
