My Maggi Mee Noodle Way Recipe

How to make it

  • cook noodle according to package
  • place fried egg's (sunny side up) on top of cooked nooldle in a bowl
  • arrage tofu slices beside eggs
  • sprinkle with leek or spring onion slices

    Hi ttaaccoo! The tofu is fried as is. The soup created from the noodle package is so spicy good that it can carry on with just about anything we add on it! Yes, for other veggies of your choice in small quantities so as not to bring in too much flavour in the original soup base mixture.

    This is a recipe I will try! Go to an Indian Bazaar grocery now, and see "Maggi" on lots of stuff. I will keep my eyes peeled, and even write it down !! thank you. Do you flavor your tofu before frying? would carrots, cabbage, onion, be good to include? 5555555555555555555555555

    It's a creation I first thought was "weird". I could not imagine fried eggs on top of noodles. The combination was so surprisingly good! Very spicy delicious :)
