Napa Cabbage Jicama And Green Apple Slaw Recipe
This is a flavorful take on an old BBQ standby. Serve right after tossing if you prefer a nice crunchy slaw or let marinade in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups napa cabbage, shredded
  • 1 1/2 pounds jicama, peeled and shredded
  • 1 cup daikon radish, shredded
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and shredded
  • 2 large carrots, shredded
  • 1 stalk celery, finely sliced
  • 1 firm pear, peeled and shredded
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • Seasalt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and toss until evenly blended. Serve.
