Napa Cabbage Jicama and Green Apple Slaw

This is a flavorful take on an old BBQ standby. Serve right after tossing if you prefer a nice crunchy slaw or let marinade in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups napa cabbage, shredded shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds jicama, peeled and shredded shopping list
- 1 cup daikon radish, shredded shopping list
- 2 granny smith apples, peeled, cored and shredded shopping list
- 2 large carrots, shredded shopping list
- 1 stalk celery, finely sliced shopping list
- 1 firm pear, peeled and shredded shopping list
- 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice shopping list
- Seasalt and pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and toss until evenly blended. Serve.
