How to make it

  • In a blender or food processor,combine ricotta,honey,melted chocolate chips and Chambord. Process till smooth. Spoon into parfait or wine glasses. Refrigerate till ready to serve.
  • To serve,top with a spoonful of whipped cream and a few fresh raspberries.

    Thank-you,this sounds like a very nice light dessert to have after a heavy meal.

    I like the Chambord in this.
