This will be a family favorite. I have done this one and am doing for dinner today. Simple to make using turkey,loads of cheese and Italian seasoned bread crumbs! Allrecipes

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 c Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 ggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper 3/4 lb Colby cheese,cut in 1/2" cubes
  • 1/2 c ketchup (optional)
  • I add a pkg of Lipton onion soup mix. I have used shredded cheddar instead of Colby,depending on what's in the house.

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a bowl,mix the turkey,milk bread crumbs and eggs by hand. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in the cheese cubes to the mixture.
  3. Transfer to a loaf pan and top with ketchup.
  4. Bake 1 hour in preheated oven,to internal temperature of 180 degrees.
