Ingredients
- 6 English muffiins shopping list
- 7 1/2 oz tomato sauce shopping list
- 1/4 tsp basil shopping list
- 1/4 tsp oregano shopping list
- 1/4 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp parsley flakes shopping list
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt shopping list
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 12 cherry tomatoes, sliced shopping list
- 12 small mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- If you like you can add ~ bite sized pieces of pepperoni, ham, bacon,etc (optional) shopping list

- Arrange muffin halves on tray shopping list
How to make it
- In small bowl stir next 6 ingredients. Spread over buns.
- Layer next 4 ingredients ove tomato sauce, of of your choice
- Sprinkle remaining cheese in center of each. Heat under broiler until hot and cheese is melted and bubbly. These may be prepared ahead and frozen before broiling.
- Makes 3 small pizzas each.
- You can add green peppers also...

My grandkids make these all the time.. Beings were from Texas... they also use flour tortilla for a thinner crust... brush it with olive oil first!
