Ingredients

6 English muffiins

7 1/2 oz tomato sauce

1/4 tsp basil

1/4 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp parsley flakes

1/2 tsp seasoned salt

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

12 cherry tomatoes, sliced

12 small mushrooms, sliced

If you like you can add ~ bite sized pieces of pepperoni, ham, bacon,etc (optional)

grated mozzarella cheese

Arrange muffin halves on tray

Directions

In small bowl stir next 6 ingredients. Spread over buns.

Layer next 4 ingredients ove tomato sauce, of of your choice

Sprinkle remaining cheese in center of each. Heat under broiler until hot and cheese is melted and bubbly. These may be prepared ahead and frozen before broiling.

Makes 3 small pizzas each.

You can add green peppers also...

My grandkids make these all the time.. Beings were from Texas... they also use flour tortilla for a thinner crust... brush it with olive oil first!
