Very easy and tasty green bean recipe. One of our favorites for the Holidays.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Green Beans
  • 2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 T Butter
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 C Dry White Wine
  • 1 teas Chicken Seasoning

Directions
  1. In medium sauce pan, saute garlic in olive oil and butter for 1 minute.
  2. Add Green Beans, saute for 5 minutes or until dark green.
  3. Add wine and chicken seasoning.
  4. Turn heat to medium high until ingredients sizzle.
  5. Turn to medium again until done, about 5 minutes.
  6. Salt and pepper.
  7. Serve immediately.

Sounds good. I have a similar recipe but use soy sauce and butter. Love a great green bean recipe!
