Roasted Red Pepper Dip

This is a zesty colorful dip that is quick and easy. serve with veggies or pita chips. I use one small clove of fresh crushed garlic because I'm not really big on garlic powder.
Ingredients
- 1 jar (5 oz) roasted red peppers, drained and finely chopped shopping list
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients until well bended.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
