Ingredients
  • 1 hatch chili, charred
  • 1 clove garlic (or 4, whatever)
  • 1 cube chicken bullion in just enough water to cover it in a measuring cup
  • 1/4 cup half and half or some such cream

Directions
  1. Nuke bullion and water for 30 seconds and mix until the bullion completely dissolves
  2. Blend everything well in a food processor
  3. Serve over something in need of zest
