Hatch Chili Cream Sauce

- 1 hatch chili, charred shopping list
- 1 clove garlic (or 4, whatever) shopping list
- 1 cube chicken bullion in just enough water to cover it in a measuring cup shopping list
- 1/4 cup half and half or some such cream shopping list
How to make it
- Nuke bullion and water for 30 seconds and mix until the bullion completely dissolves
- Blend everything well in a food processor
- Serve over something in need of zest
