How to make it

  • clean the lamb in water then addd salt and lemon on the lamb befor cooking it so it will tast extra speacil for 30 minutes ,in presserue cooker cut half onion in the pan then add some ghee 1 tbp all spice and 2tbp kedra spice , and cook medu heat add lamb cook until the dries all of the water that came out of it lamb ,add the water abut half of the pot so the lamb does not burn add salt pepper . when it starts to wesal time it for 35 minutes.
  • in pan slice2 onion with 1/2 c ghee cook hi-heat add to it all spices,kedra spice it will look dark black then add the rice to it and cook meduim heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • off the heat add chipped garlic from 5 cloves the spices kabsa and the rice spice salt black pepper
  • in pan add1 1/2 onion with mazol oil or use ghee cook medu heat a few minutes.add it to the rice mixter.
  • remove the lamb from the p cooker and put it in pat and then add chic peas then the rice mixer and about 4 c lamb broth that u made tast if it needs salt .cover with foil papper. cook in the oven for 1hour to 2hours .serve with yogurt salad (cummbers,salt,onion )ucan add ginger ,lemon to the salad if extra spice the kedra
