How to make it

  • Pre-heat over to 450
  • Mix all dry ingredients
  • Cut butter into dry ingredients until well blended
  • Stir in milk until mixture forms a ball
  • Drop by large teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet
  • Cook for 7 - 9 minutes
  • Should make 10 - 12 biscuits
  • Serve warm

    You can use regular milk or buttermilk, either is fine.

    So nice to have a biscuit recipe that I don't have to roll out.As Jeff said, is that '1 cup' at the end of the ingredient list, buttermilk or something else. Can't wait to try them. 5 forks

    This is honestly the first biscuit recipe that I have made that didn't produce little hockey pucks. I know it's the cook, not the recipes, but this one works for me!
