Ingredients
  • 6 large potatoes, peeled
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 4 carrots, diced
  • Springs of fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions
  1. There's nothing gourmet about these grilled potatoes, but you'll be surprised at the flavor boost they get from a few green onions, carrots and melted butter & dill
  2. I love dill in my vegetables to anything~and this is quite the idea...
  3. I have aluminum foil handy and potatoes, carrots, onions, dill, salt & pepper to season.
  4. Add butter also ...
  5. Seal very well
  6. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
  7. Place cubed potatoes on a large piece of foil. Top with green onions, carrots and dill. Dot with butter, and season with salt and pepper. Tightly seal foil around the potatoes.
  8. Cook on the prepared grill 20 to 30 minutes, until tender.
  9. Enjoy the vegies ....and the outdoors~
