Banana Quark Cream

easy, quick, delicious and healthy esp after a heavy meal. Simple ingredients for a surprisingly good dessert! Multiply as needed

2 ripe bananas shopping list
250 g Quark ( you may also use soft tub cream cheeese, or sour cream or masacarpone cheese if you wish ) shopping list
1 Tbs lemon zest shopping list
2 Tbs milk shopping list
1 Tbs honey or to taste shopping list
2 Tbs chopped nuts shopping list

Very nice. I like quark very much, but have only been able to get it at farmers' markets here in SF. But mascarpone is a very good idea.
