Followed recipe exactly and it was great! I need to spread the dough out a bit more but even the thicker crust was good. Just now made for lunch (5-3-11) and hubby loved it! Thanks for recipe. Was about to give up on finding yeast free and gluten free recipe!

Whole family loved this one. I didn't have any sparkling water, so I used beer, and it worked fine! I also increased the quantity by 50%...which made me low on the flour by 1/2 cup, and I filled in the 1/2 with white rice flour. No prob. Cooked it in the large sandstone bar pan by Pampered Chef, which I'd guess is about 12 x 20? With my increase, that made it about 3/8 inches thick or so. Thanks for the post!
