How to make it

  • First you want to add some olive oil to a pan over medium flame.
  • Saute onion until tender.
  • Now add in the squash , water, bouillon, marjoram, black pepper, and hot pepper.
  • You want to let this boil for around 20 min, until squash is tender.
  • Then you want to puree squash and cream cheese in you blender until creamy.
  • Pour this back into your hot pan and heat.
  • Ladle and serve
