Squash Soup

- 6 c. of peeled and cubed butternut squash shopping list
- 6 tbsp. of chopped onion shopping list
- 4 tbsp. of margarine shopping list
- 3 c. of water shopping list
- 4 c. of chicken bouillon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. of dried marjoram shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. of ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. of ground cayenne pepper shopping list
- 2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese shopping list
How to make it
- First you want to add some olive oil to a pan over medium flame.
- Saute onion until tender.
- Now add in the squash , water, bouillon, marjoram, black pepper, and hot pepper.
- You want to let this boil for around 20 min, until squash is tender.
- Then you want to puree squash and cream cheese in you blender until creamy.
- Pour this back into your hot pan and heat.
- Ladle and serve
