This easy soup is very tasty!

Ingredients
  • 6 c. of peeled and cubed butternut squash
  • 6 tbsp. of chopped onion
  • 4 tbsp. of margarine
  • 3 c. of water
  • 4 c. of chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp. of dried marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp. of ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. of ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese

Directions
  1. First you want to add some olive oil to a pan over medium flame.
  2. Saute onion until tender.
  3. Now add in the squash , water, bouillon, marjoram, black pepper, and hot pepper.
  4. You want to let this boil for around 20 min, until squash is tender.
  5. Then you want to puree squash and cream cheese in you blender until creamy.
  6. Pour this back into your hot pan and heat.
  7. Ladle and serve
