Chicken And Broccoli Pasta

This creamy pasta dish is quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 250g penne pasta/1 cup per person shopping list
- 2 teaspoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 medium brown onion, diced shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, crushed shopping list
- 2 single chicken breast fillets, sliced thinly shopping list
- 1/2 cup chicken stock shopping list
- 1/2 cup thickened cream shopping list
- 250g broccoli, washed and chopped small shopping list
- 1 tablespoon seeded mustard shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in frying pan, saute onion and garlic, stirring until onion is soft.
- Add the chicken fillets and cook, stirring until the chicken is browned and just cooked through.
- Add stock, cream and broccoli, simmer, uncovered until the broccoli is just tender.
- Stir in mustard and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the pasta and chicken mixture and toss well, then serve.
