Crabmeat Rangoons

I made this dish for me and my mom because we just love chinese food and we wanted to see how close we could get it to taste like the real thing and i think we got it very close.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups imitation crabmeat- chopped finely shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup minced onion shopping list
- 2 tbsp chopped scallions shopping list
- 1 tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1 tsp steak sauce shopping list
- 1 pack wonton wrappers shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- First put the cream cheese in a bowl to let it get soft and set aside.
- Then add the onion, crabmeat, scallion, garlic, and steak sauce. then take 1 tsp of the crab mixture and put in the wonton wrapper and fold diagonally and pinch to seal shut.
- In a pan heat enough oil for frying.
- when the oil is hot place wontons in oil and fry 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Enjoy!
