- 1 CAN OF WHITE OR NORTHERN beans shopping list
- 1 BUNCH cilantro FINELY CHOPPED shopping list
- 8 SCALLIONS- GREEN PART ONLY CHOPPED shopping list
- 8 cloves OF garlic MINCED shopping list
- 4 chicken legs SKINNED shopping list
- 1/3 TEASPOON TUMERIC shopping list
- 1/3 TEASPOON black pepper shopping list
- sea salt TO TASTE shopping list
- ENOUGH water TO COVER shopping list
- 1/3 CUP extra virgin olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- SAUTE SPINSH IN OLIVE OIL AND TWO OF THE GARLIC CLOVES
- LET IT YO COOL. BLEND IN MIXER OR A CUISINART. IN A SEPARATE COOMING POT. ADD SPINCH BLEND, SCALLIONS ,
- CILANTRO,SPICES,SALT CHICKEN, COOK COVERED ON LOW HEAT FOR ABOUT 40 MINUTES. UNCOVER AND ADD BEANS AND
- COOK FOR FURTHER 20 MINUTES. LADLE IN SOUP DISHES AND
- DRIZZLE SOME OF THE REMAINING OLIVE OIL ON TOP OF EACH PLATE.
- YOU CAN OMIT THE CHICKEN, AND REPLACE WITH LENTIL OR
- COOKED GARBANZO BEANS.
