Spicy Uramaki Prawns

- 3 cups japanese rice shopping list
- 100ml mirin shopping list
- sesame seeds shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 50g sugar shopping list
- 200ml japanese vinegar shopping list
- nori sheet cut in half shopping list
- Sushi ginger shopping list
- Ready made wasabi shopping list
- 4 pcs. tempura tiger prawns shopping list
- Bamboo mat for rolling, make sure to wrap it with clingfilm. shopping list
How to make it
- (For Rice Cooker)
- Wash the rise thoroughly
- Put 3 1/2 cups of water
- Turn the rice cooker on
- Bring to boil.
- Transfer the cooked rice into a bowl
- Add the vinegar mixture, cool it down by fanning it.
- Go to youtube and see how to roll a sushi...it`s better!
- Don`t press the rice too much or it will end up like a solid pudding hahahaha! just simply caress it, you don`t want it stodgy.
