  • 1 LB LEAN GROUND BEEF
  • 1 SMALL ONION MINCED
  • 1 CLOVE GALRIC MINCED
  • 3 TABLESPOONS FINELY CHOPPED FLATLEAF PARSLEY
  • 1 RED CHILLI FINELY MINCED
  • 1/4 TEASPOON SEA SALT
  • I LEMON CUT INTO 4 WEDGES
  • 3/4 TEASPOON DRY MARJORAM
  • 1/2 TEASPOON MIDDLE EASTERN SPICES
  • 6 FRESH PITA BREAD
  • 4 FRESH RIPE TOMATOES SLICED
  • I RED OINION CUT IN HALF AND SLICED THINLY SLICED
  • 1 PACKAGE ARUGULA
  • 3/4 CUP GARLIC MAYONAISE

Directions
  1. MIX THE FIRST 9 INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND KEED FOR FEW MINUTES. REFERIGERATE FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES.
  2. TAKE MEAT OUT. AND SHAPE INTO SAUSAGE-LIKE WRAPPED AROUND A SKEWER (2 PIECES PER SKEWER) . YOU CAN USE
  3. EITHER GRILL ON HIGH HEAT OR UNDER THE BROILER FOR
  4. ABOUT 10-12 MINUTES EACH TURNING FEW TIMES TILL BROWN AND GOLDEN ON ALL SIDE
  5. OPEN EACH LOAF,SPREAD BOTTOM WITH A NICE LAYER OF MAYO. TOP IT WITH ARUGUAL LEAVES AND,PLACE 2 KEBABS EACH PER LOAF. PUT FEW SLICES OF TOMATOES AND THINLY SLICED RED ONIONS. SQUIRT FEW LEMON DROPS....
