Such a sweet treat! If you like Cheesecake and Chocolate Chip Cookies, then this is the dessert for you! The fruit is the perfect flair. Perfect for a party or guests.

Ingredients
  • 12 pieces refrigerated cookie bars (Nestle, TollHouse etc…)
  • 8 oz cream cheese @ room temperature
  • ½ cup Carnation Sweet Condensed Milk (½ can)
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tspn Vanilla extract
  • Can or box of fresh berries (Raspberry, Blackberry, Strawberry, Blueberry)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°
  2. Paperline 12 muffin cups and place cookie dough in each cup.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until Cookie has spread even.
  4. Beat cream cheese, milk, egg and vanilla in a bowl till creamy smoooooth.
  5. Fill cups ~3 tbsn with mixture.
  6. Bake for additional 15-18 minutes or until set.
  7. COOL COMPLETELY.
  8. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  9. *Note the picture shows pie filling which can also be used.
