How to make it

  • cut the tenderloin into 3-4 inch pieces and butterfly.
  • Place cream chhese slices and sliced jalapeno peppers in the center.
  • Wrap each with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick
  • Marinade ( Several hours or even up to 24 hours)
  • Place on hot grill and cook for 12 minutes per side
