And it burn burn burn----the wing of fire------oh sorry that ring of fire, but these might cause a ring of fire some may like it hotter, be my guest to add if they want!!

Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. olive or vegetable oil
  • 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 3-1/2 lbs. chicken wings, tips removed
  • 1 bunch celery, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup bottled bleu cheese or ranch salad dressing

Directions
  1. Preheat broiler. In skillet, saute garlic and onion in oil 2-3
  2. mintues or until lightly browned. Add next 3 ingredients. Heat to
  3. boiling; simmer 5 minutes. Meanwhile coat broiler pan with nonstick
  4. cooking spray and arrange wings on broiler rack. Broil 5-6 inches
  5. from heat source 7 minutes. Brush with half tomato mixture. Broil 5
  6. minutes. Turn wings and brush with remaining tomato mixture. Broil
  7. 12 minutes or until cooked through. To serve, line platter with
  8. celerys ticks. Place wings on top. Serve with dressing.
