How to make it

  • season the pork with salt and pepper
  • in a skillet, fry the pork chop until nearly cooked each side
  • remove the pork chop
  • pour white wine and stock in pan (watch for spattering)
  • add artichokes
  • add brown sugar to taste (depending on bitterness)
  • replace pork chops until perfectly cooked
  • when plated, top the pork chop with the artichoke
  • enjoy!
