pork chop with artichoke

- 2 pork chops shopping list
- 1 artichoke chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup white wine shopping list
- one tablespoon of brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup chicken stock shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- season the pork with salt and pepper
- in a skillet, fry the pork chop until nearly cooked each side
- remove the pork chop
- pour white wine and stock in pan (watch for spattering)
- add artichokes
- add brown sugar to taste (depending on bitterness)
- replace pork chops until perfectly cooked
- when plated, top the pork chop with the artichoke
- enjoy!
