Broad Bean And Potato Puree

- One cup broad beans shopping list
- one brown onion (chopped) shopping list
- two small potatos (i used dutch cream) shopping list
- 1/2 cup chicken stock shopping list
- sherry vinegar (i didn't have any so i used a dash of rice wine vinegar and a dash of rose wine) shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Boil potatos to soften and drain
- in a saucepan, fry onion
- add chicken stock and bring to boil
- reduce heat and add the broad beans and simmer for five minutes
- add potato (ensure that potato is moist enough for mashing) and simmer for about 5 minutes
- remove from saucepan
- roughly mash the mixture and put in blender
- add a dash of sherry vinegar, salt and pepper
- puree in blender
- enjoy!
