Creamy Burdock Chicken Bowl

- oil for salte shopping list
- equal amounts red onion, julienne carrots and burdock shopping list
- 200 grams ground chicken shopping list
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- approx. 3/4 cup hot water shopping list
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste shopping list
- four slices bacon, cooked and crumbled shopping list
- two spring onions, snipped for garnish shopping list
- 1 mounded cup of raw corkscrew macaroni, cooked for base of recipe shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare vegetables to salte
- Boil a pot of water to cook macaroni
- Heat oil in separate pan and salte vegetables.
- Remove vegetables to plate then cook the ground chicken.
- Once chicken is done, add can of soup and about 3/4 cup hot water to make a gravy
- While macaroni finishes cooking, stir salted vegetables back into the meat/soup blend and simmer on very low heat, stirring to keep from sticking.
- Season with just a bit of salt and freshly ground pepper.
- When macaroni is done, drain and put in bowls, spooning meat mixture over.
- Garnish with crumbled bacon and snipped spring onions.
Cook the vegetables quickly.

Combine meat & veggies.

Cook macaroni at same time.
