How to make it

  • place the peppers and onion slices on a hot grill and let char on all sides
  • place charred peppers in a zip top bag for 10-15 min. then peel of the skin stem and seed the peppers
  • rough chop the peppers and onion place in bowl with garlic and spices and mix well
  • place beef in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste mix
  • divide into 4 half pound burgers grill to desired doneness
  • add a good dollop of green chile to the burger top with the provolne and let cheese melt remove from grill and put on bun
  • Enjoy

    Yowza, yowza, yowza. This has my name written all over it. Love green chilies, love peppers of any kind. This sounds fantastic. I know what I'm having next weekend for the football games. Yummers. Great post and a very high 5.
