This is the best choc-chip cookie recipe EVER!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • 440g choc chips
  • 500mls (2 cups) flour
  • 250ml (1cup) brown sugar
  • 1tsp bicarb soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 250ml (1cup) white sugar
  • 250g grated Cadbury chocolate
  • 2.5 cups blended oatmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1.5 cups chopped nuts

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 180*C and grease several baking sheets.
  2. Measure oatmeal and blend in blender until fine powder.
  3. In a large bowl cream butter and both sugars.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla.
  5. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt baking powder, bicarb.
  6. Add choc chips, grated choc and nuts.
  7. Roll into balls and place 2" apart on a cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 10mins @ 180*C
