Ingredients
- 1 cup diced, cooked beef shopping list
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced shopping list
- 2 tomatoes, quartered shopping list
- 1 small head lettuce shopping list
- French dressing or mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it
- Toss first three ingredients together. Serve on lettuce with French dressing or mayonnaise. Serves 6. Use diced cooked ham, tongue, or corned beef instead of the beef if desired
