Ingredients

1 cup diced, cooked beef

2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced

2 tomatoes, quartered

1 small head lettuce

French dressing or mayonnaise

Directions

Toss first three ingredients together. Serve on lettuce with French dressing or mayonnaise. Serves 6. Use diced cooked ham, tongue, or corned beef instead of the beef if desired
