Ingredients

8 boiled & minced eggs

1 1/2 cup ham, diced

1/2 cup celery, diced

1/2 cup dill pickle, diced

Vinaigrette

Butter/ Margarine

32 slices of whole wheat bread

32 cheese wedges

Directions

Mix the first four ingredients. Then, add sufficient vinaigrette to humidify and combine all slowly

Top one sandwich with cheese wedges & egg combination and then the next cheese wedge and then cover with the next bread. Repeat same technique for the other breads. Butter the sandwich and cook. Brown until cheese dissolve
