This is a delightful topping for mild-flavored fish.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley, fresh
- 4 tsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon
- 2 chopped green onions
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. dill seed
Directions
- Process all the above ingredients in a blender until smooth. Looks and tastes delish. Serve as a side to fish or on top with lemon wedges and some parsley garnish. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
