spaghetti alla puttanesca

- 1 lb fresh spaghetti shopping list
- 4-5 filets of salted anchovies (no bones) shopping list
- 3 cloves of garlic thinly slivered shopping list
- 1.5 table spoons capers drained shopping list
- 2 hot red c hillies finely chopped shopping list
- 3 tablespoons virgin olive oil shopping list
- 4 oz of kalamata black olives stone shopping list
- 16 ripe cherry tomatoes cut in halves shopping list
- 1/2 finely chopped flat leaf parsley shopping list
How to make it
- jeat oil in casserole dish with chillies and garlic.saute till galric
- starts to turn golden.. add anchovies and mash with a fork. add the tomoatoes.olives and capers and cook for about 10 minutes.
- cook spaghetti al dente...devide into four serving plates,top with the
- sauce and general sprinkle of parsley
- ,
- have some crusty bread handy just in case some of the sauce left
- at bottom of dish.....
