  • jeat oil in casserole dish with chillies and garlic.saute till galric
  • starts to turn golden.. add anchovies and mash with a fork. add the tomoatoes.olives and capers and cook for about 10 minutes.
  • cook spaghetti al dente...devide into four serving plates,top with the
  • sauce and general sprinkle of parsley
  • ,
  • have some crusty bread handy just in case some of the sauce left
  • at bottom of dish.....
