How to make it

  • Sprinkle lamb pieces generously with lemon and oregano. sprinkle
  • put all meat ina large baking dish. sprinkle cheese on top. dont worry the cheese will disappear and be part of the sauce.
  • cover to fish with 2 layers of alumium foil and put lid on top tightly.
  • place in over in preheated oven at 350. and bake for about 3 to 2.5 hours. the meat will be extremely tender and falls off the bone. serve with roast potatoes, greek salad and nice red wine such as GREEK MERCURY CAB-SAUVIGINON
  • the addition of cheese is OPTIONAL....
