Slow roasted lamb

Ingredients
  • 2 shoulders of baby lamb cut into 3 pieces each
  • 1/3 cup of greek fresh oregano leaves
  • 4=5 lemons each cut in half
  • curmbled feta cheese

Directions
  1. Sprinkle lamb pieces generously with lemon and oregano. sprinkle
  2. put all meat ina large baking dish. sprinkle cheese on top. dont worry the cheese will disappear and be part of the sauce.
  3. cover to fish with 2 layers of alumium foil and put lid on top tightly.
  4. place in over in preheated oven at 350. and bake for about 3 to 2.5 hours. the meat will be extremely tender and falls off the bone. serve with roast potatoes, greek salad and nice red wine such as GREEK MERCURY CAB-SAUVIGINON
  5. the addition of cheese is OPTIONAL....
