- 2 shoulders of baby lamb cut into 3 pieces each shopping list
- 1/3 cup of greek fresh oregano leaves shopping list
- 4=5 lemons each cut in half shopping list
- curmbled feta cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Sprinkle lamb pieces generously with lemon and oregano. sprinkle
- put all meat ina large baking dish. sprinkle cheese on top. dont worry the cheese will disappear and be part of the sauce.
- cover to fish with 2 layers of alumium foil and put lid on top tightly.
- place in over in preheated oven at 350. and bake for about 3 to 2.5 hours. the meat will be extremely tender and falls off the bone. serve with roast potatoes, greek salad and nice red wine such as GREEK MERCURY CAB-SAUVIGINON
- the addition of cheese is OPTIONAL....
