Breakfast Casserole

Can be made the night before for a quick, filling breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage shopping list
- 6 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 6 Slices of bread, cubed, crust removed. shopping list
- 2 Cups milk shopping list
- 1 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- 1 Cup Shredded mild cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Brown sausage , set aside and cool.
- Beat eggs, add milk & stir in all the remaining ingredients.
- Stir well.
- Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Bake Uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- May also substitute ham or bacon in place of the sausage for a different taste.
