  • 3/4 pint extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 oz crushed italian chillies
  • 10 dried whole italian chillies
  • 1 tall glass bottle with a nozzle

Directions
  1. use a funnel to place the crushed pepper at bottom of bottle
  2. pouR olive oil on top .allowi about 2.5 inches space from oil surface
  3. to bottle's top. put in the whole chilli peppers..shake bottle so all the
  4. peppers are coated with the olive oil and start to infuse.
  5. THIS OIL CAN BE USED TO DRIZZLE OVER PIZZA, SPAGHETTI OR GARLIC RUBBED BAGUETTE SLICES TOPPED WITH SLIVERS OF PECORINO CHEESE AND SLICED RIPE TOMATOES
