How to make it

  • use a funnel to place the crushed pepper at bottom of bottle
  • pouR olive oil on top .allowi about 2.5 inches space from oil surface
  • to bottle's top. put in the whole chilli peppers..shake bottle so all the
  • peppers are coated with the olive oil and start to infuse.
  • THIS OIL CAN BE USED TO DRIZZLE OVER PIZZA, SPAGHETTI OR GARLIC RUBBED BAGUETTE SLICES TOPPED WITH SLIVERS OF PECORINO CHEESE AND SLICED RIPE TOMATOES
