Healthy Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
This smoothie is healthy and packed with protein! It would make a wonderful start to an active day. If you like bananas, adding a half to the mix would be a great blend as well!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 carton of blueberry yogurt
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of honey

Directions
  1. Combine all components in a blender and mix until fully combined.
  2. Sample and add more peanut butter if desired.
  3. Pour into separate glasses and serve cold.

My husband makes us a simular drink every morning,but no yogurt.He uses bananas,ricemilk,vanilla whey powder,and frozen and delicious blueberries in blender till thickened,it is SO good!(very nutricious)I don't like yogurt but love this drink!
