Chicken and Sherry mushroom Sauce

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 8 oz. container any style sour cream you like(reg. or low fat) shopping list
- 1 3oz. can mushroom slices,drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup cooking sherry(optional) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper shopping list
- paprika shopping list
- 8 oz. bag shredded chedder cheese (or any you prefer) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Rinse chicken and place in a 9X13 baking dish
- Season chicken with salt and pepper
- combine soup,sour cream,and cooking sherry.,well-mixed
- Pour over the chicken
- Sprinkle Paprika over Chicken{I use smoked Paprika sometimes}
- Cover with the grated cheese
- Bake one hour and 15 minutes till bubbly and golden
- Enjoy with hot rolls and a fresh salad!
