You will love this one,served with rice or noodles!My husband raved over this one!So cheesy!

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 8 oz. container any style sour cream you like(reg. or low fat)
  • 1 3oz. can mushroom slices,drained
  • 1/2 cup cooking Sherry(optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
  • Paprika
  • 8 oz. bag shredded chedder cheese (or any you prefer)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Rinse chicken and place in a 9X13 baking dish
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper
  4. combine soup,sour cream,and cooking sherry.,well-mixed
  5. Pour over the chicken
  6. Sprinkle Paprika over Chicken{I use smoked Paprika sometimes}
  7. Cover with the grated cheese
  8. Bake one hour and 15 minutes till bubbly and golden
  9. Enjoy with hot rolls and a fresh salad!
