Stuffed Burgers

- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef or a beef, pork, turkey mix is great shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs (2 slices) you can use quick cook oatmeal shopping list
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped, fine) shopping list
- 2 large eggs (beaten) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sugar or stevia, but just a sprinkle shopping list
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1 small garlic clove (crushed) shopping list
- A dash ginger shopping list
- -STUFFING STUFF- shopping list
- sliced tomatoes shopping list
- cheese shopping list
- mushrooms shopping list
- onions shopping list
- bell peppers shopping list
- hot peppers shopping list
- bacon, precooked shopping list
- pepperoni shopping list
How to make it
- Combine ground beef with remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Shape into 12 patties.
- These will be thin-ish but remember you are going to put two together in the end.
- On six of the patties put your stuffing ingredients.
- Place another patty on top of the stuffing.
- Seal the edges together very well, you do not want them to split as you cook and lose the goodies.
- Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 10 minutes, turning once.
- These burgers can also be pan grilled, just be careful with the flips!!
- I now serve these on Oroweat Sandwich Thins. Not so much bread.
- Or just on a plate with a salad, no bread at all!!
