Porcino In Cream With Fresh Linquini

- 1 lb chestnut mushrooms sliced shopping list
- 2 oz dried porcini mushrooms shopping list
- 3 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 3 oz extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- salt and white pepper shopping list
- 3/4 cup of fresh flatleaf parsley chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream shopping list
- 1 container of slivered parmesan shopping list
- 1 bag of fresh linguini shopping list
How to make it
- Soak porcini mushrooms in hot water for at least 90 minutes.
- in a frying pan heat olive olive and add crushed garlic and saute for
- 2 minutes. add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes. add the porcini mushrooms with some of its water strained through a kitchen paper towel. cokk covered for about 10 minutes till liquid volume is reduced. cook liguini as per instructions. add butter and
- cream to the mushrooms. stir and mix well. drain liguini and add to the mushroom medley. devided into 4 serving plates. sprinkle with the chopped parsley and the slivered parmesan
