How to make it

  • Soak porcini mushrooms in hot water for at least 90 minutes.

  • cream to the mushrooms. stir and mix well. drain liguini and add to the mushroom medley. devided into 4 serving plates. sprinkle with the chopped parsley and the slivered parmesan
