Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered Irish Moss
  • 1 cup of distilled water
  • 1/4 cup of Aloe Vera Gel
  • 2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil (the recipe calls for sweet almond oil, so use what you like :)
  • Will make 4 ozs.

Directions
  1. Mix together the Irish Moss and water and let sit for 20 min.
  2. Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and boil for 20 min.
  3. Strain off the solids; You will gave a clear jelly.
  4. Measure 1/4 cup of your seaweed jelly and mix with the aloe vera gel.
  5. Let the mixture cool completely.
  6. Pour the seaweed mixture into the blender and blend on low speed; slowly add the oil in a thin stream until all is blended.
  7. Pour into container.
  8. I also add some tea tree oil. I have been using this as a face lotion for a awhile and my skin loves me for it!
